HoverCare is a free service. Passengers requiring extra help on their journey with us can book HoverCare assistance. Our experienced staff are there to ensure your journey is comfortable and safe. We offer HoverCare cards to customers to help us identify needs of travel and customers who are entitled to concessionary fares.
