To request a group booking quote, please complete the enquiry form here or email groups@hovertravel.com. Please note that our group fares are only applicable to bookings of 8 passengers or more and 15 or more for experience bookings.

Can I cancel a group booking?

The groups team can be contacted by emailing groups@hovertravel.com. Please note that as per our Booking Terms & Conditions, cancellation charges may apply. Click here to view our terms & conditions

How can I pay for a group booking?

 We have 3 different payment terms for group bookings.

• Full balance at the time of booking
• Pay a 10% deposit to secure the booking with the remaining balance due 14 days before the outbound travel date
• Credit Account for multiple bookings only – if you would like to register for a credit account, please  complete the application form here and email to commercial@hovertravel.com

• Groups of 8 - 14 must travel after 09:00 and return before 16:00 or after 18:00
• Groups of 15+ can travel at anytime 
• Must be booked in advance and discount is not available on the day of travel
• All bookings must pay a 10% deposit at the time of reservation 
• Full balance is due no later than 14 working days before travel

Any baggage in excess of 30 kilos per passenger may be subject to an additional charge. Out of gauge items will be carried subject to load and may be carried as freight at the applicable freight tariff.

Coach Day return fare is only available to Mainland coach companies and must have a minimum of 30 people booking.

Full payment required 1 week prior to travel.

Additional numbers on the day of travel will be required to pay group standard fares.
