Request a Cancellation

For our Regular Traveller product range the following cancellation and refund procedures will apply depending on the product you have purchased with Hovertravel:

  • Annual Flyer - The remaining full calendar months will be refunded less two months (last month was provided free of charge). You must request your cancellation no later than two months before the tickets expiry to qualify for cancellation.
  • Flexi Flyer 100 - 50% refund of unused journeys, you must request your cancellation no later than one month before the tickets expiry to qualify for cancellation. HoverBus tickets issued with your Flexi Flyer have no cash value.
  • Flexi Flyer 270 - 50% refund of unused journeys less 20 journeys (20 journeys were provided free of charge), you must request your cancellation no later than one month before the tickets expiry to qualify for cancellation. HoverBus tickets issued with your Flexi Flyer have no cash value.
  • Annual Hover Academic Flyer - The remaining full calendar months will be refunded less one month. You must request your cancellation no later than one month before the tickets expiry to qualify for cancellation.
  • 3 Month Flyer, Flexi Flyer 10/20/40, 3 Month Hover Academic Flyer, Hover Academic Flexi Flyer 10/20/40, 3 Month NHS Professional Flyer, Annual NHS Professional Flyer, NHS Professional Flexi Flyer 10, 20, 40, 100 & 250, HoverTalent Flyers - all non refundable. 

All cancellations will only be considered whilst the card is valid and no refunds will be considered once the card has expired. To request a cancellation please complete and submit the form below.
