Find Our Ryde Hoverport
Ryde is the Gateway to the Isle of Wight situated on the North East side of the Island. It is ideally located on the coast for quick and convenient access across the island by road & rail. The Hoverport is in the town of Ryde where only minutes’ walk way is the shops, bars & restaurants and only 5 minutes’ walk will bring you to the beautiful beaches
There is a large council operated pay and display car park opposite the hovercraft terminal with spaces for disabled card holders near by.
Quay Road, Ryde has a large pay and display car park, owned and operated by the Isle of Wight Council and situated next to Ryde Hoverport with provision for long and short stay parking.

Ryde Hoverport is situated next to Ryde Esplanade railwaystation where Island Line operates to Brading, Sandown & Shanklin.
Southern Vectis operate all bus services on the Isle of Wight. Ryde Esplanade, just a 2 minute walk from Ryde Hoverport, is a central bus station which can connect you to Isle of Wight towns including Brading, Newport, Cowes, Sandown, Shanklin, Ventnor and many more.

Find Our Southsea Terminal
Located on the UK South Coast, Southsea is the ideal passenger gateway to the Isle of Wight and is easily accessible from all parts of the country by road and rail. Plus our easy HoverBus service connects passengers from Portsmouth stations & town centre.
Head to Portsmouth and onto the M27. Join the M275 and continue past the continental ferry port towards Portsmouth. Follow the signs for Isle of Wight ferries, Seafront and Historic Waterfront. From here on, follow the signs for the hovercraft.
Rail & Coach
Hovertravel's Southsea terminal is easily accessible by train, simply alight at Portsmouth The Hard or Portsmouth & Southsea station and take the HoverBus from the Hard Interchange or Commercial Road.
National Express offer direct services from London to Portsmouth The Hard and Southsea Esplanade.
Hovertravel's quick & frequent Hoverbus operates a circular service

Southsea Car Parking
Southsea - The Esplanade' is a large council operated pay and display car park. It is situated directly opposite Southsea Hoverport with provision for long and short stay parking.
Additional parking is available behind Clarence Pier funfair, adjacent to Southsea Common and further along the Esplanade from The Pyramids.
