HoverCare Assistance Request

Hovercare is a free service for any passengers requiring assistance with their travel whether they have reduced mobility requirements or just need a little extra help with their journey. We offer HoverCare cards to customer to help us identify needs of travel and to identify customers who are entitled to special fares.


HoverCare customers can benefit from priority assistance, to ensure you receive this, please complete the below form at least 48 hours prior to your travel date,to ensure we can provide the best possible assistance and care for your journey. 


Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your travel time, once you arrive, simply let a member of staff know that you have requested assistance.
