Current Vacancy - Sales Admistrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing & supporting the end-to-end sales administration process, including sales order processing, quotation & booking management, customer relations, and overall administrative support to the sales department. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations, contributing to excellent customer experience and team success.
Sales Order Processing
- Support the sales team by processing sales orders & paymentfor customers including but not limited to season ticket creation, B2B support, third party ticket sales.
- Ensure all orders are entered correctly into the system and meet delivery timelines.
- Process group bookings liaising with the group organiser, taking payment and ensuring good communication with the operations team for service delivery.
Quotation & Booking Management
- Support the sales team by creating tailored quotes for individuals and groups liaising directly with the customer covering all Hovertravel products and services
- Manage and maintain accurate records of bookings and quotations
Customer Relations
- Be the main point of contact for customer enquiries relating to sales orders and general enquiries via telephone, live chat and emails
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Resolve customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with inbound telephone call answering
Sales Administrative Support
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as contracts & agreements, maintaining CRM records & sales reporting.
- Monitor and maintain sales related documentation and ensure all records are up to date
- Support the coordination of sales events including the hire of Solent Views
Suitable Experience or qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales administration, customer service or similar support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to go ‘above and beyond’
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A positive can do attitude
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively under pressure

Current Vacancy - Sales Executive
Sales Lead Generation
- Researching prospects and identifying new business opportunities for lead generation through various channels (B2B or B2C)
- Conducting outbound sales generation via email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels
- Qualifying leads and converting them into customers/sales and where necessary booking in appointments for the Business Development team if required
- Following up with inbound enquiries converting them into confirmed bookings & track the status of open opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and customer needs using online tools, databases and social media platforms
CRM
- Implementation of a CRM system (Salesforce) into the Business Development Team
- Maintain & update CRM with accurate records and up to date customer information
- Monitor and analyse sales performance by accounts managing pipeline supporting the Head of Sales & Business Development
- Provide regular reports on lead generation performance, sales pipeline & campaign performance
Additional Responsibilities:
- Attending travel trade shows and networking events where required
- Supporting the sales team with inbound sales enquiries where required via email, live chat & telephone calls (sickness, holiday)
Suitable Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in lead generation or sales development including outbound sales campaigns (minimum 1 years experience desirable)
- Sales driven with strong negotiation skills – confident in cold outreach sales calls
- Previous experience using CRM software in particular Salesforce would be advantageous
- Ability to research and identify target prospects
- Self motivated, target driven and resilient attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
- Personable, presentable and articulate individual
- Creative qualities able to think outside the box to drive sales
- Willingness to go ‘above and beyond’
- Strong networking skills
