How do I book with a combined Rail ticket?

Please complete the non-online bookable form, at least 48 hours (excluding weekends) before your travel date.

 

You will then be E-mailed a booked ticket to show when you travel, along with your through rail ticket. 

 

How do I book a seat with an Apology, Extra Day or Appreciation Voucher?

Please complete the non-online bookable form, at least 48 hours (excluding weekends) before your travel date.

 

You will then be E-mailed a booked ticket to show when you travel, along with your voucher. - Please note vouchers will need to be surrendered at the boarding gate.  

 

I hold a Hovertravel Season Card, how do I change my recurring booked times?

If you would like to permanently change your booked times please complete the Hovertavel Season Card Form. Please allow up to 48 hours (excluding weekends) for your amendment to be processed. 

 

To make a one off, ad-hoc change to you times, please do this via our website booking system; 

  • Select your travel dates & times on the blue box on the left hand side of our homepage
  • Choose your travel time form the available flights. 
  • Enter your name, E-mail address & postal address (This must match the details we hold on file for your card)
  • Select pay by season/travel card & enter the number under the bar code of your card (starts with a S or B)

I hold a Hovertravel Travel Card, how do I book?

If you hold a Hovertravel Travel Card 10, 20, 40, 100 or 250 (B ticket number) you do not need to complete a form, please book your trips via our website using the pay by travel card option -

 

 Tip - If multiple days are required you can save time by adding all your flights to the basket and then checkout once. 

 

  • Select your travel dates & times on the blue box on the left hand side of our homepage
  • Choose your travel time form the available flights. 
  • Enter your name, E-mail address & postal address (This must match the details we hold on file for your card)
  • Select pay by season/travel card & enter the number under the bar code of your card (starts with a S or B)
