We want you to have the best possible experience when you travel with us. We are following all the current Government guidelines for COVID-safe travel, so your safety is our top priority for your complete journey; from arrival through to disembarkation. From 30th November the Government has made the wearing of face coverings on public transport compulsory and given us the authority to refuse travel if customers do not comply. Please bring and wear your face covering at all times during your journey with us.
We understand that your travel plans might change, even at the last minute, and our HoverFlexibility policy gives you the confidence to book now and change your dates and times later, if needed.
We are also able to offer an alternative travel option, in those rare instances when our services are cancelled, through our ticket acceptance agreement with other ferry operators.
If you are travelling by train, you can secure your seat on your chosen flight by either filling out a short form, 48 hours before travel, or plan to arrive at our terminal at least 15 minutes before your preferred flight’s departure time.
