As lockdown travel restrictions lift and the Government allows more movement and visits between families and friends, you should expect to see more passengers travelling with you. At our busiest times (especially during commuter periods in the morning and afternoon) maintaining social distance between yourself and other passengers could become difficult at these times. We strongly suggest you consider travelling earlier or later if you can and we will keep providing additional flights as demand dictates.
Whenever you travel, you can be assured that we continue to keep your safety as our top priority for your complete journey; from arrival through to disembarkation.
Please remember to wear your face covering correctly at all times during your journey. Our regular cleaned terminals are well-ventilated and there are toilets plus hand sanitisers stations for your use.
Our hovercraft are cleaned after every flight and during your ten-minute flight the air conditioning units are extracting and replacing the air in the passenger cabin.
We ask you all to be aware of fellow passengers at all times: giving them the space and time to move at their own pace.
If you feel uncomfortable at any time during your journey please speak to a member of our team.
