Tapnell Farm Park is the perfect place for indoor and outdoor fun, connecting with and learning about animals, and enjoying delicious food and snacks with some of the best views on the Island!
Meet the friendly group of animals, and get “hands-on” with Daily Activity sessions! Go wild on the many indoor and outdoor activities, which include a huge soft play zone, jumping pillow, pedal go-karts and lots more.
Kids can enjoy all the fun and excitement of the Play Barn, with a 3-storey soft play area, dedicated toddler zone, and large ride-on tractor area. Mums and dads can take it easy in the adjoining cafe, which serves a great selection of healthy snacks, light bites, refreshments and hot drinks – many of which are gluten and dairy free. The food is great and the views out of the windows are amazing!
Head outside and bounce away the day on the incredible Jumping Pillows! The bright stripey beds of air are so big they can hold lots of happy bouncers at once – but who can jump the highest?! The Pedal Go Karts are one of the highlights of the Straw Bale Adventure Barn, where you will also find the longest indoor zip wires on the Isle of Wight, and the Straw Bale Pyramid!
There are indoor and outdoor animal experiences at Tapnell Farm Park. One of the most popular areas is the Wallaby Walkabout, where the friendly mob of wallabies are accompanied by mischievous meerkats, and a collection of goats. Outside in The Paddock you can get to know the farm’s collection of farmyard friends, which include various breeds of sheep, miniature donkeys, pigs and alpacas, with amazing views out across the Solent.
In the Meet the Animals area there are some of Tapnell's smallest residents, and regular new arrivals – there are daily activities taking place where you can find out more about all the animals with the Farm Park’s keepers.
