Apply for HoverCare Card
Complete the HoverCare Card application form below and you will receive a confirmation email shortly. Please show this email in our Ryde or Southsea terminal where our cashiers will issue your card which will indicate the travel assistance you require.
Proof of Eligibility
Patient Travel: Please bring your NHS number/Letter/Id and we'll set up your card.
Carer Travel: Please ensure you bring you carer ID proof with you when collecting your card. Carer ID we accept are the following:
- Carer Passports
- Carer Emergency Cards
- Carer Discount Cards (Caringtogether, CarersUK, National Carers Card)
- NHS GP headed letter
- Blue Badge Carer ID
