Terms and Conditions

Whilst there are no restrictions on the dimensions of a parcel, customers should check with Hovertravel that large items can be accommodated. The maximum weight per item is 30 kg. Multiple packages can be carried as one consignment, as long as each package weighs no more than 30 kg. Goods should be delivered to the Freight Office no later than 10 minutes prior to departure of the hovercraft. All carriage charges must be paid by cash or cheque supported by a valid cheque guarantee card, except for customers who have a freight account with Hovertravel. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate.

Under no circumstances will any package containing dangerous, hazardous or toxic goods be transported on the hovercraft. We reserve the right to examine any package that we suspect might contravene this clause.
