Whilst there are no restrictions on the dimensions of a parcel, customers should check with Hoverparcels that large items can be accommodated. The maximum weight per item is 40 kg subject to terms and conditions. Multiple packages can be carried as one consignment, as long as each package weighs no more than 40 kg. Goods should be delivered to the Freight Office no later than 10 minutes prior to departure of the hovercraft. All carriage charges must be paid by cash or credit/debit card, except for customers who have a freight account. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate.

The carriage of Dangerous Goods is limited and subject to our full terms and conditions and specifically paragraph 20.2.
