Disruption Claim Form (November 2016)
Further to the Technical Cancellations Compensation policy and in order to thank you or your continued custom and support during our periods of disruptions in 2016, we have introduced a new Frequent Traveller compensation on card renewals.
This compensation is available to all Season and Travel card holders listed below, with an active travel card dated anytime between 1st October - 1st December 2016. When you renew your season or travel card you will receive either 1 week free travel or 2 week free travel as detailed below.
1 Week free travel is available for the below card holders:
- Adult & Child Travel Card 100 (14 single trips)
- Adult Travel Card 250 (14 single trips)
- Adult & Child 3 Month Season Card (7 days)
- Adult 6 Month Season Card (7 days)
- Triple Term Season Card (7 days)
- Term Card (7 days)
2 Weeks free travel is available for the below card holders:
- Adult & Child 12 Month Season Card (14 days)
Upon renewal of your season or travel card, please complete the Disruption Claim Form, then please bring the completed form to Ryde Terminal or alternatively complete the interactive version and email to email@example.com. We will confirm the relevant extension to your card within 14 days.
