Visit this famous leafy gorge, the Island’s earliest attraction - much loved by poets, artists and writers. The winding path, with its steep sides, a magical place for rare plants, woodland, wildlife (red squirrels) and enchanting waterfalls, the stream winds its way to the sea.

Needles Park

Set in heritage coastline the Needles Park is the Island's famous great value attraction for all.  The park is free to enter and all the rides are pay-as-you-go!

Dinosaur Isle

In a spectacular pterosaur shaped building on Sandown's blue flag beach is Britain's first purpose build dinosaur museum. The building displays many fossilised and life sized reconstructions of the Island's dinosaurs. Although a new building, the large collection of dinosaur and other fossils from the Island has its origins in 1819.
