Quarr Abbey

Quarr Abbey is a Catholic Benedictine Monsatery in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The Abbey is the home of Benedictine monks who worship god in the Abbey church regularly through the day. Visitors are always welcome to attend the services.The community follow the Rule of Saint Benedict, which outlines a balanced life of prayer, spiritual reading and work. Bookbinding, beekeeping, painting and writing are among the tasks undertaken.
