IOW Steam Railway
With our unique Victorian and Edwardian carriages, beautifully restored to pristine condition, and Victorian locomotives, a visit to us is not only an excellent day out, but also a real “step back in time”.
Trains run on selected days from March to December, with daily running from late May to mid September.
Our main station at Havenstreet has a cafeteria, gift shop, museum of Island railway history, woodland walk, children’s play area, and public access to our Carriage & Wagon workshop, where you can see restoration and repair work to our historic carriage fleet.
Opening Times: 20th Mar - 31st October (regular opening but please check before travelling) Other dates throughout the year also available for special events, please check before travelling.
Prices: Combined price with Hovercraft Day Return, transfer to Smallbrook Junction and connection and entrance to IOW Steam Railway:
