Located at the heart of the Island, Arreton Old village comprises many of the buildings, features and artefacts of a traditional English village from many years ago.

In fact parts of Arreton Old Village date back more than 1000 years. Arreton Old Village includes two real-ale pubs, a 12th Century church, duck pond, village green, craft rooms, a glass works, farm shop, rural ways woodcraft, tea rooms, sweet shop, blacksmiths and Island brass rubbing centre.

Travel:

On arriving by hovercraft walk across the bridge to the Travel Interchange and take the fabulous Island Breezer Downs tour, which stops at Arreton Old Village (and is great for sight seeing!) .  For convenience and money saving, you can buy a Hover Rover Ticket from Southsea Terminal which will include your Hovercraft Day Return and your Island Breezer Bus Ticket.
